Fuse Protection (Load Balancing)

• Fuse Protection reduces power to the car if your home’s usage gets close to your fuse limit. Now drivers with low home fuse limits can still charge at full power most of the time Special features
• Identify who is using the charger and how much they’ve used by giving your friends and family a special charging card to access the charger
• Upgrade to the RFID version of this charger for this functionality for an extra £25

Cable

• Choose to use the charger with your own charging cable (untethered) or with a charging cable permanently attached (tethered)
• Tethered is more convenient but means the charger is only compatible with either Type 1 or Type 2 cars
• Untethered is recommended if you have a Type 1 car as most new cars are Type 2

Speed

• Available as a Fast (7kW) charger and is capable of lowering the power output in response to usage in the home (see the Fuse Protection upgrade). Or can be restricted to a lower power (even without the Fuse Protection upgrade)
• Also available as an 11kW or 22kW product for those with a three-phase power supply at home
